Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, you might be eligible for reimbursement. I can provide a superbill for many of our services for insurance reimbursement, particularly ongoing psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and integration. The Osmind service can assist with submission for reimbursement for services related to Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. At this time I cannot provide a superbill for cannabis related treatment.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. Therapy is an investment in yourself; perhaps the best one you’ll ever make. Cash, creditor debit card, HSA or online payment submitted on the secure IvyPay web portal are accepted. I keep a card on file for you that I will charge immediately after each session (and to charge for sessions cancelled outside of my policy).

Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy Scheduling

Due to the intensive nature of psychedelic therapy, the scheduling and payment process for Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy is a little different than for other appointments. Payment is required to reserve your dates of service, and sessions within a psychedelic therapy series are booked all at once. This will eliminate any potential pauses in treatment that could occur if you paid as you go.

Cancellation Policy

Regular, one- to two-hour sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule or to receive a refund. Because psychedelic therapy sessions are sometimes a full day to even a full week of work and are harder to reschedule quickly, these sessions require two weeks notice to reschedule or to receive a refund for services.
